After more than 30 years in the roofing industry, we at Professional Technicians Inc. understand the importance of maintenance to prolonging the life of any roofing system. In order to help our customer’s get the most life out of their roof, we offer three maintenance plans specifically designed to slow the aging process and keep roofs performing at their highest potential for many years after installation.
Maintenance Plan A (Best Coverage)

- Quarterly inspection of entire roof
- All roof areas cleaned of debris, drains are flushed, and drain protection screens are all in place
- Any defects or problems are marked, photographed, and shown to owner for approval of repairs
- Owner keeps inspection reports on file, and maintains leak and repair logs
- Provide owner 24 hour response on all service calls
- Minor repairs (i.e. pipe flashings, corners, etc.) are repaired and photo-documented on the day of inspection
Maintenance Plan B (Most Popular)

- Twice per year inspection of entire roof
- All roof areas cleaned of debris, drains are flushed, and drain protection screens are all in place
- Any defects or problems are marked, photographed, and shown to owner for approval of repairs
- Owner keeps inspection reports on file, and maintains leak and repair logs
- Provide owner 24 hour response on all service calls
Maintenance Plan C (Basic Coverage)

- Once per year inspection of entire roof area
- All roof areas cleaned of debris, drains are flushed, and drain protection screens are all in place
- Any defects or problems are marked, photographed, and shown to owner for approval of repairs
- Owner keeps inspection information on file to compare to following year’s inspection
